Stuart Lloyd has had a successful career in sales spanning over 20 years across a range of industries. The latter part of his career has been developed in the Logistics industry with DHL, Hays, Securicor, Christian Salvesen and with his last role being Sales and Marketing Director for Norbert Dentressangle.
His ability to recognise what activites will make a real difference to a business' results be it in leading effective commercial teams and or delivering innovative logistics solutions to customers is what makes him a real asset to those he works with and for. He prides himself on focussing on pragmatic solutions to sales and logistics challenges that deliver a recognisable benefit to the bottom line.
Heather Montoute is an exceptional facilitator/trainer and accredited master coach who has achieved outstanding results in leadership development, management training, sales training and coaching working in diverse industry sectors such as Logistics IT, Banking & Finance, Legal, Property Investment, Travel & Leisure and Fleet Management.
Heather works closely with clients to help identify their strategic and tactical objectives, measure performance gaps, and motivate changes in sales and management behaviour through formal and informal programmes. This involves designing and facilitating tailored workshops and Coaching Programmes for B2B sales teams and Managers to deliver tangible improvements in personal and company performance.
Tracey Spires has worked in sales encompassing a variety of disciplines in a wide number of industries over the last 25 years. 12 years of this was in the insurance industry, with 8 years as a business development consultant for a leading UK insurance company assisting businesses to develop sales strategy and training of staff. This was followed by 5 years in the IT industry selling IT training and services to the MOD and other leading companies throughout the UK.
Over her career Tracey has developed a clear understanding of what makes sales teams effective and now focusses on working with companies on projects ranging from sourcing of appropriate data, lead generating, appointment setting and customer care surveys delivering clear competitive advantage to the companies she works with.
Alex Ingram provides marketing, sales and business development services she takes an extremely commercial and pragmatic approach to successfully develop and understand business strategy objectives and also to create, manage and execute workable implementation plans that give measurable business results.
Alex has an MBA with a marketing specialisation and has spent her career in the financial and logistics industries, from major 3PLs to smaller providers of IT solutions, providing a wide portfolio of services. Projects have ranged from stategic marketing and project management, sales targeting, customer satisfaction research, PR strategy and implementation and internal communication.
